Terms of Service

Informational service only

Daytradero provides informational alerts and a trading journal. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a broker, exchange, or custodian. We never recommend buying or selling, never execute or route orders, and never hold your funds or assets. Any decision you make is yours alone.

No guarantees

Alerts report that the preset conditions you selected are currently met, based on public market data that can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We make no promise of accuracy, profitability, or outcomes. Trading crypto assets carries substantial risk, including the loss of your entire position.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the journal data you enter. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service, and in any case at least 18.

Plans and billing

On the web, paid plans are billed through Stripe. In the iOS app, paid plans are sold as Apple In-App Purchases and billed to your Apple Account; your subscription renews until canceled, and you manage or cancel it in your device’s App Store account settings — payment is charged on confirmation of purchase, and a renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. A Lifetime purchase grants the then-current Ultra feature set; genuinely new product lines may be offered separately. Prices are in USD and shown before purchase.

User content and acceptable use

Accountability circles let you share process-only check-ins, encouraging nudges, and configuration templates with other members. You are responsible for what you post and retain ownership of it; you grant us the limited right to store and display it to other members of your circle so the feature works.

There is zero tolerancefor objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and you may not impersonate others or share another person’s private information. We filter posts for prohibited language, and members can report content or members and block (hide) other members. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or remove users who violate these terms. To report abuse, use the in-app report action or email us at the address below; we aim to act within 24 hours.

AI features

AI features are optional and off until you enable them. When enabled, the inputs a feature needs are sent to our AI provider to generate a response, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output is informational only, can be wrong, and is not advice.

Cancellation and deletion

You may stop using Daytradero and delete your account and data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how export and deletion work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daytradero is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Apple App Store (EULA)

For the iOS app, these Terms are the end-user license agreement between you and Daytradero only; Apple is not a party. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content, maintenance, support, and any product warranties, and for addressing any claims relating to the app (including product-liability, legal/regulatory, and intellectual-property claims). The license granted is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
